Payment Plan Information

Thank you for wanting to resolve your outstanding Water/Sewer/Infrastructure (W/S/I) Balances. In order to set up a payment plan, you will need to provide the following information to Magdalena Gembal, Account Manager at magdalena@mwcpaa.com. 

  1. First and Last Name
  2. Physical Address
  3. Mailing Address
  4. Email Address
  5. Phone Number
  6. The amount you can pay every month *must be more than the current fee of $161 for W/S/I as you must remain current on your account while on a payment plan
  7. Due Date every month *whatever day is best for you to pay

Payment Plan Rules & Restrictions

  • You must make, at least, the minimum payment agreed upon in the plan. If you are unable to make the minimum, you MUST reach out to Magdalena Gembal PRIOR to the due date of the payment to notify her
  • If you are unable to make the payment on the due date and will be late, you MUST reach out to Magdalena Gembal PRIOR to the due date to notify her
  • We strongly request that you set up an auto-payment through AmCoBi so you do not miss a payment, www.amcobi.com 877-410-0167 x2

FAILURE to make the minimum payment on the due date will result in a breach of the agreement and the FULL BALANCE will become due IMMEDIATELY

Gracias por querer resolver sus saldos pendientes de Agua/Alcantarillado/Infraestructura (A/A/I). Para establecer un plan de pago, deberá proporcionar la siguiente información a Magdalena Gembal (hablo Espanol), Gerente de Cuentas, en magdalena@mwcpaa.com. 

  1. Nombre y Apellido
  2. Dirección Física
  3. Dirección Postal
  4. Correo Electrónico
  5. Número de Teléfono
  6. La cantidad que puede pagar cada mes *debe ser más que la tarifa actual de  $161 para A/A/I, ya que debe mantenerse al día con su cuenta mientras esté en un plan de pago
  7. Fecha de Vencimiento cada mes *el día que sea mejor para usted pagar

Reglas y Restricciones del Plan de Pago

  • Debe hacer, al menos, el pago mínimo acordado en el plan. Si no puede hacer el pago mínimo, DEBE contactar a Magdalena Gembal ANTES de la fecha de vencimiento del pago para notificarle.
  • Si no puede hacer el pago en la fecha de vencimiento y va a estar atrasado, DEBE contactar a Magdalena Gembal ANTES de la fecha de vencimiento para notificarle.
  • Recomendamos encarecidamente que configure un pago automático a través de AmCoBi para que no pierda un pago, www.amcobi.com 877-410-0167 x2

EL INCUMPLIMIENTO de hacer el pago mínimo en la fecha de vencimiento resultará en una violación del acuerdo y el SALDO COMPLETO será debido INMEDIATAMENTE.
